2: A refund will only be given if we fail to deliver the service we promise to provide
3: Service delivery: A fully insured dual control car fit for the driving test & a driving instructor 1 hour prior to test start time (unless otherwise agreed)
PLEASE NOTE IF DVSA CANCEL YOUR DRIVING TEST WE WILL NOT REFUND YOU BUT INSTEAD WE WILL HOLD ONTO ANY PAYMENT MADE UNTIL YOUR NEW DATE IS GIVEN. IF YOU DECIDE TO CANCEL NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. IF YOU DECIDE YOU NO LONGER WANT OUR SERVICE NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.
